Gatan Arewa Ahmed Xray is the CEO of Zamani Records, born and brought up in Kaduna state, A graduate of Accountancy from Kaduna Polytechnic, just to tell you a little about him

Q. I guess the name Ahmed Xray is not new to most people out there. Can we know more about you?
Yea sure. I am Ahmed Xray the C.E.O of Zamani Records also known as Gatan KD. I Was born and brought up in KD, also obtain my HND here in Kaduna Poly from the Department of Accountancy.

Q. Talking about the name Ahmed Xray, how did you come about that?
Well, Ahmed is my real name, I have got Xray from friends and I scan the future. That's how I adopted the name right from Secondary school.

Q. Let's talk about the Music Side. You are already a graduate with love for music, what is your driving force?
Well, music is life and my main aim precisely is to launch my video album. I already shot 7 videos for my upcoming album titled "AMARYA DA ANGO" under team Zamani Records.

Q. Wow! Good to know. How has been the music hustle especially on camera shooting lots of videos to your songs?
Mehn it is just not easy to become a star *[Laughs]* you need to be strong and believe in your hustle, pray hard, in fact it is just not easy.

Q. Having shot all of these videos, what are your plans towards your audience/fans?
Well, I want the album to be a massive one and I  believe in the director of the videos. Definitely my fans will be proud of me and I want it to be in stores and iTunes and I'll surely submit it to MTV and sound city because I always try to put smiles on the faces of my audience.

Q. What was it like growing up?
Well, I've got this talent right from the first day I stepped into the world, I use to write songs, but I don't record it in the studio It was finally some friends of mine encouraged me to go and boost my talent and I took permission from my family.

Q. Can you tell us your style of music and some stunning things about it?
I do RnB and Hip Hop. Hip Hop is life you can easily pass your message via it and I am talking about reality.

Q. From all indications, you are a very productive artiste and probably a working class. How do you balance your Music Career and other endeavours?
Yea, it's very simple. I create time for everything I do so I don't get trapped by my schedules.

Q. What has been your major challenge?
Hmmmmmmmm! A lot to mention. Entertainment is very weak in the north and it is just not easy to run a music career in the north and haters keep on talking shits about me. I've passed through a lot of difficulties/processes just to achieve my goal in music so we find it difficult.

Q. Which Mega Stars are you looking forward to work with in the nearest future?
Artiste like Ice Prince, Davido, Birdman and Nicky Minaj.

Q. Would you call yourself a Role Model?
Yea, absolutely.

Q. What is your most embarrassing moment?
That awkward moment when my haters saying shit that I don't even know about something that will tarnish my image.

Q. How have you been able to cope with the spotlight?
You know we celebs are quite different, but for me I am very conscious of the game and I don't think I have a problem with that.

Q. How would you encourage young talents struggling to get a breakthrough in the music industry?
Well, nothing good comes easy and like I said earlier it is not easy grinding from the north because the platforms are not there to spur you so just keep your head up high and never settle for less and the sky will be your starting point.
